Brian Nguyen

Brian Nguyen is the managing trial attorney at the Law Office of Brian Nguyen.  Mr. Nguyen has over 11 years of experience with personal injury law and civil litigation. Mr. Nguyen also practices family law and has extensive experience with marital settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, child support litigation, child custody visitation, child support, alimony and also has experience with litigating grandparent visitation rights. It is Brian’s personal mission to improve his knowledge and skills as an attorney on a daily basis. In fact, Brian regularly attends legal seminars on the weekends in order to improve his trial skills and add to his depth of legal knowledge. Brian cherishes any opportunity to go to trial if doing so is required to obtain full justice for the client.  Unlike other attorneys, Brian is never too important or too busy to spend time with the client. Brian firmly believes that the only way to advocate effectively for the client is to walk a mile in the client’s shoes. Brian wholeheartedly believes that before he can effectively tell the client’s story to a jury, judge, or insurance company, it is essential to first learn about the client’s personality, priorities, fears, challenges, hopes, and aspirations. 

Mr. Nguyen received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. While at Southwestern Law School, Mr. Nguyen worked as a law clerk for Southwestern’s Immigration clinic and spent two summers working as a law clerk for two prominent family law attorneys.  Mr. Nguyen received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine with a double major in Political Science and Asian American Studies. Mr. Nguyen formerly served on the Traffic Commission of the City of Garden Grove.  Mr. Nguyen is fluent in the Vietnamese language. Mr. Nguyen is admitted to practice the law in the state of California. In 2022, Mr. Nguyen graduated from CAALA’s prestigious Plaintiff Trial Academy. Out of 64 applicants, Mr. Nguyen was 1 of the 32 registrants chosen to attend the Academy.
